Spiderrific!

I’d originally planned a longer post tonight, but I’m sore and feeling run down, so instead I’ll share some of my favorite recent spider sightings. 😀🕷️

The featured image is a big wolf spider that was running across the pavement outside our door. My partner actually spotted her and called me to come see. This one was speedy so I only got the one good picture before she zoomed off.

Here’s another picture of the crab spider that was in the stairwell at work a few weeks back, eating what appeared to be another spider:

The next one was on the bathroom wall when I was brushing my teeth just a few minutes ago. It’s smaller than it looks in this picture and I’m not sure what kind it is, offhand:

One more crab spider for the road… This one was hiding in some leaves that had blown into an empty terrarium I had on the porch:

I took an Aleve and am going to burrow down into my blankets with my Kindle and hope that I wake up tomorrow feeling bit less creaky.
